The Standard Bader Centerless is for grinding and polishing the OD of pipe and round stock.  It is rugged and easy to use and set up. Coarse grit grinding can be done easily with a rubber contact wheel and a coarse grit abrasive belt, while fine finishes can be generated by the use of a softer cloth wheel and a fine grit abrasive belt.

The operator has full control over feed direction, speed and pressure. Typical uses include finishing handrails, punches, hydraulic shafts, sockets, cylinders, furniture stock as well as applications designed to grind, deburr and polish parts in preparation for plating or painting.
